Founding Members
Companies or individuals involved in the administration or raise of social capital at time of changing the constitutional act in Q1 2007.
Full Members
Typically corporations with more than five employees being members of itSMF RO. Providers and end-user organizations (e.g. banks) that benefit from the IT Service Management.
Affiliate Members
Individuals such as consultants or employees of companies with a private interest in IT Service Management.
H.C. Members
Governmental bodies or public institutions that can contribute to itSMF or contribute positively to the official image of the organization.
Global Membership
Global Membership of itSMF is defined as the sum of all the available memberships of existing National Chapters at any given time.
The following rules apply for Global Members:
- All employees of an organisation holding a global membership have full membership rights (including voting) in each national chapter
- Employees of global members that reside in a country where there is no national chapter can participate in the activities of existing national chapters as a member.
- Employees of an organisation with global membership will automatically become full members of itSMF RO. Global membership fees will be levied and accounted for according to the rules established by the International board.
